Comment: I think the response to the gutta man video is ridicoulous. In all actually it is a video. No reflection of the town just entetainment. The weapons and drugs are obviously fake . . . again it a video similiar to he any rap and/or metal videos seen on MTV or BET. One would think that law officials would have somehing better to do than to harass young men who are trying to legally provide for themselves. There is not a gang probem in Dubuque; so what if he says he runs his city. That is not an uncommon phrase in any rap song nad as usual law officials jump to conclusions and get paranoid as they do woith most things concerning young black men.All this really shows is how backwards and racist the town is and that nothing in Dubuque has changed in 30+ years.
