Recovering from the floods just in time for RAGBRAI.

One week after its worst flood ever, Manchester welcomes thousands of bike riders to town Friday.

Businesses and city crews have been busy doing weeks worth of work in just days.

But it's where all the riders will be sleeping in Manchester that's causing conflict.

All week flood victims have been using the Super 8 and Days Inn as a shelter.

But both motels are completely booked for RAGBRAI, so the flood victims have to move out.

The red cross has set up a new shelter for flood victims at the Earlville Elementary School.

It'll be open Thursday and Friday night.
